Our delivery service suitable VARIO series is a transport and insulation system for the distribution of individually portioned meals. The porcelain dishes with oval or rectangular main dinner plates enhance the quality of your dishes. And the china tableware can also be used optimally for Cook+Chill or TK (frozen food) regeneration in the convection oven or combi steamer. All dishes are made from high-tech porcelain. Shape, processing and material result in a 30% higher breaking strength compared to conventional porcelain. The design is adapted to the special needs of out-of-home deliveries – thus ideal for school and company catering!

High-tech porcelain and durable reusable plastic

All dishes are made of high-tech porcelain or durable, dishwasher-safe plastic (see BRAVO for properties). Shape, processing and material result in a 30% higher breaking strength compared to conventional porcelain. The design is adapted to the special needs of out-of-home deliveries. Bars in the plate and in the lid prevent the components from running together during transport. Thick walls make the main dinner plates excellent heat storages and optimise the holding time. The aesthetic and ergonomic shape of the porcelain parts inconspicuously supports the easy absorption of the food. One-handed operation, as required in facilities for people with reduced mobility, is inconspicuously guaranteed by the special design.
