The BRAVO plastic crockery is an insulation and packaging system for the single-portioned distribution of meals with reusable plastic trays for use in the areas of hot portioning, cook + chill, frozen food and breakfast and dinner supply. The high-quality, dishwasher-safe POLYSOFT® insulated containers guarantee a hot delivery for up to 2.5 hours! The crockery components of a complete menu are safely transported in the yellow BASIC box and represent a sustainable, cost-effective introduction to reusable meal delivery in individual catering. You can also use plastic crockery ideally for transport and delivery in group catering with insulating boxes of different sizes. You have the choice whether you want to use the new, oval plastic plates or the tried and tested rectangular menu trays.

The new oval plastic plate …

… is just as beautiful as its porcelain model! But of course we didn’t just have aesthetics in mind; the oval plastic main course plate impresses with a number of other advantages: It is sensationally cheap, can be used in a temperature range of -30°C/-27.4°F to +130°C/266°F and is suitable for hot portioning as well as for COOK+CHILL regeneration. There are two lid variations to choose from. Both lids, together with the plate, offer 100% tightness, temperature resistance, hot portioning and regenerability. The silicone lid with its climate regeneration properties ensures unbeatable results when regenerating Cook+Chill in the convection oven or in the microwave. In combination with our boxes, hot delivery at a minimum of 65°C/149°F can be guaranteed for a period of up to 2.5 hours.
